Scott, I'm very excited to join you tomorrow. The topic is evocative and completely relevant to marketers in today's environment. Working for Webtrends (and formally Microsoft & Yahoo) i've participated in (and witnessed) moving analytics from a silo in the business to a core part of the DNA and ultimately a differentiator. Many of the same smart business practices for using analytics to drive business results apply to the social media space as well and this is a topic i'm particularly passionate about.
